Problem: Error when submitting a claim to ClaimWorks: {“errors”:{“customer.email”:[“The customer.email field must be a valid email address.”]}}
Solution: ClaimWorks only allows a single email address per claim while EPASS supports multiple customer email addresses (separated by semi-colon). Edit the email address on the invoice so that it contains only one email address. For example: abc@example.com;def@example.com would not be successful. Remove the second email address on the invoice level so that only abc@example.com remains.
