What Activities Are Tracked in Customer Notepad?

The Customer Notepad automatically records certain changes made to customer information. This helps maintain a history of important updates and allows users to review changes when needed.

The Customer Notepad can be found on the far-right tab within the Customer header.

 

Activities Tracked

The following changes are automatically logged in the Customer Notepad:

  • Customer Name changes
  • Address changes
  • Phone Number changes
  • Credit Limit changes

Each entry records the update to help maintain an audit trail of customer information changes.
