    Customer account balance appears in Customer Maintenance, but the AR Balance shows $0.00.

    Customer account balance appears in Customer Maintenance, but the AR Balance shows $0.00.
     

    Resolution: Run the Recalculate Account Balance utility:

    1. Go to AR > Utilities > Recalculate Account Balance
    2. Check Main Company and click OK

    This will synchronize the balances and update the AR records correctly.
