Labor Amount Not Showing in Billing Summary on Service Print Forms

A user is unable to see the Labor amount in the Billing Summary Total section of Service Print forms (Example – DONS_SVC, BOX FINAL INV print forms)
The same form displays correctly for users with Override or Power User permissions.

Cause:
This issue is typically caused by insufficient security permissions assigned to the user, preventing labor amounts from being displayed in the billing summary.

Solution:
Grant the user the required security permission (highlighted below) to allow visibility of labor amounts in Service Print forms.

Steps:

1. Go to Tools > System Maintenance > Tables > User Security

2. Locate the affected user

3. Enable the required (highlighted) permission

4. Click OK to save changes

5. Have the user log out of EPASS and log back in
