1. Log into EPASS with a date in either the past or the future.
2. After logging into EPASS, go to your invoice to edit it.3. Pick a schedule date in the past and you will be given the following prompt.4. Click on Yes to accept the change.This is only useful if you are trying to retroactively set the schedule date to the correct date after the delivery has already occurred. If the invoice you are working on still needs to be delivered, you need to make sure that you are choosing an appropriate date such as the current date or a future date. This way the delivery request will be seen by the dispatching team when they assign their deliveries to the drivers.There is no security setting that will prevent someone from scheduling an invoice with a past date once they are logged into EPASS with a report date in the past or future. You can prevent them from being able to edit the report date during the login process though.
