When adding a large number or price of one item line in EPASS you may get a warning telling you that the number is very large. This is just a warning and you can click on OK to close the warning.

If the number is too low and you want to change the parameter, follow these steps:
Go to Tools > System Maintenance > Variables > Configuration
You will see the following screen. You will have 2 warning parameters:
Warning High Amount
This warning indicates a high threshold for the Price Amount. It signifies that the current Price Amount has reached or exceeded a limit.
Warning High Quantity
This warning alerts to a high quantity for a single invoice line. It signifies that the quantity for a specific item on an invoice has reached or exceeded a limit.
Adjusting these levels, either upward or downward, will enable the addition of a greater or lesser amount to an invoice, respectively.
Please be advised that upon implementing this change, it will be necessary to exit and re-enter the EPASS system on all terminals to ensure the update is applied globally.
