Just Press One (ClaimWorks) API Integration

Just Press One is a third-party outsourcing company that provides back-office administrative support and processes claims for home appliance independent service companies and contractors.

If you are working with Just Press One, they will require a login to access your EPASS database. Please refer to the article for user security setup.

Setup Instructions
You will need to submit your API URL and Token values in the Invoicing Variables in EPASS. These will be provided to you by Just Press One.

Steps:

1. Click Tools > System Maintenance > Variables > Invoicing > EDI
2. Enter the API URL and Token values
3. Click OK
4. Close EPASS

There are two ways to send claims:

1. Individual Invoices – Click the ClaimWorks button directly on the invoice.
   
   The ClaimWorks button will only appear when:

• • The invoice is finished
  • It is marked as a warranty invoice

2. Warranty EDI – This allows you to send claims in bulk (for a day or a week). Please select To Supplier – ClaimWorks.

If an invoice has already been sent to Just Press One / ClaimWorks, the button will appear in red.
