Can you merge back invoices once you split them?

No. Once an invoice has been split, it cannot be merged back into a single invoice in EPASS.

The Merge function in EPASS is used for printing purposes only. It allows multiple invoices to be printed together, but it does not combine them into one invoice record in the system.

Important notes:

• Splitting an invoice permanently creates separate invoices

• There is no system function to reverse a split or recombine invoices

• Merging affects print output only and does not change invoice data

Best practice:

Before splitting an invoice, ensure the split is necessary, as the action cannot be undone.
