ATS showing 0 in Serial Inventory Maintenance

Issue: There is an issue where if you enable the Show ATS option after running your model search, the ATS column will appear but will report all of them being 0. If you open one of the model records, it will show a different value for ATS.



Solution: Toggling the Show ATS option only displays the hidden column but it does not automatically retrieve the correct ATS value from each model. You need to do one of the following options to resolve the issue.

1) Toggle the Show ATS option first to unhide the ATS column, then run the search for your model and the ATS column should show the proper ATS values.

2) If you already ran your model search before toggling the Show ATS option and now all of your ATS values are showing 0 only, just run the same model search again and the ATS values will be refreshed with the correct data.
