Email Status column missing in EPASS Reports

When you are in EPASS Reports under My Reports, you do not see Email Status as a column.

 

 

The reason for this is a specific setting within the System Settings area of EPASS Reports. To access System Settings, please navigate to the Admin section and then select System Settings.

 

 

The setting labeled Email Notification is crucial for viewing email alerts. This option must be set to True to enable the display of Email Notifications.

 

When this configuration is set to True, the My Reports section within EPASS Reports will appear as follows:

 

A new column, Email Status, has been added to display whether emails were successfully sent or encountered errors.
