If you are getting the error below when processing an ACH payment, it is likely due to the default maximum ACH payment amount of $10,000.

Max ACH Amount allowed for this merchant: $10,0000.00
Response Code: 10

If you want to increase your max ACH payment amount, contact EPASS Support. You will need to provide your desired new limit along with three previous bank statements.
