Dispatch Mapping Error.

Error: "This page didn't load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details."

Resolution: 

Clear the Browser Cache

Corrupted or outdated cached files can interfere with the loading of Google Maps in Clearing the browser cache is a simple first step that can often resolve the issue.

For Google Chrome:

1. Open Chrome

2. Go to Settings

3. Navigate to:
   Privacy and security → Clear browsing data

4. In the popup window:

   • Time range: All time

   • Check "Cached images and files"

5. Click Clear data

6. Refresh the page and try loading the map again in EPASS.

For Microsoft Edge:

1. Open Edge

2. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) in the top-right corner

3. Go to Settings → Privacy, search, and services

4. Under "Clear browsing data", click "Choose what to clear"

5. In the dialog:

   • Time range: All time

   • Check "Cached images and files"

6. Click Clear now

7. Reload the page and test Google Maps again in EPASS.
