In EPASS, we have automated message events. They are located in Tools > System Maintenance > Variables > Messages > Message Event.

There are times when an end user says they are not receiving these events. If this is the case, go to the User to make sure "Salesperson" is filled out.
To get to User Security, go to Tools > System Maintenance > Tables User Security. Highlight the user and press Edit.
If the highlighted column (Salesperson) is not filled out, they will not receive message events.
You must update the Salesperson field with the same user from the Salesperson Table.
