    Instructions to Update EPASS on Client Terminals

    Please follow the steps below to update EPASS on your client terminal:

    1. Restart your computer to ensure all running instances of EPASS are closed before starting the update.
    2. Right-click the EPASS shortcut on your desktop.
    3. Select “Run as administrator” from the context menu.

    1. When the EPASS update window appears, click the Start button.

    1. EPASS will begin downloading the necessary update files from your EPASS server. The progress bar will indicate the download status, moving from 0% to 100%, depending on your network speed.

    1. Once the update is complete, a message will appear stating: “EPASS has been updated successfully!”.

    1. If you encounter any error messages:
      • Restart your computer and try the update process again.
      • If the issue persists, please contact your IT department or EPASS support team for assistance.
