When processing a transaction via EPASS Pay, the following error appears:

When a transaction is declined indicating suspected fraud, here's what you can do:
Contact the cardholder: Reach out to the customer and let them know the issue. The fraud alert may have been triggered by their bank due to suspicious activity. They may need to confirm the transaction with their bank or use a different card.
Request the cardholder contact their bank: Advise the cardholder to call their bank to resolve the fraud alert. Once the bank clears the alert, you may retry the transaction.
Try a different payment method: Offer the option to use a different card or payment method if the fraud alert can't be immediately resolved.
