How do I access the MerchantTrack Virtual Terminal?

First you go into MerchantTrack which is accessible from one of two locations:

Once in MerchantTrack, as long as you  have the security (User Security – EPASS Pay – “MerchantTrack - Virtual Terminal”) then you will see the Virtual Terminal option.  The Virtual Terminal allows you to run a payment but it will NOT be integrated so then you still need to do a payment line in EPASS using a non-integrated payment type.
