    Outlook is installed but EPASS will not send emails to it

    Problem: EPASS will not open emails into Outlook.

     

    Solution: In Outlook There is an option to Try the new Outlook. If this is enabled, EPASS will not be able to open emails in Outlook. Set it to Off to resolve the issue.
